City of Chandler and partners to host in person Advanced Manufacturing Career Expo at Chandler-Gilbert Community College

CHANDLER, AZ. - The City of Chandler, in partnership with Chandler-Gilbert Community College and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, will host an in-person Advanced Manufacturing Career Expo to assist Chandler manufacturing businesses with their 2024 talent pipeline. Organized by Career Connectors, this free in-person hiring event will be hosted on Wednesday, May 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Agave Hall located at 2626 E. Pecos Road. This event is free to both employers and job candidates.

Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet and network with advanced manufacturing employers from around the East Valley hiring for multiple positions related to manufacturing. The list of participating employers currently includes NXP Semiconductors, Microchip Technology, Advantest/Essai, Saras Micro Devices, CoValence Laboratories, Kinetic Engine Systems, and others.

Candidates will have the opportunity to explore a variety of manufacturing positions from entry-level to executive, as well discuss potential internships, apprenticeships, and future career pathway opportunities.
