CHANDLER, Ariz. – The City of Chandler is requesting input from residents who travel on McQueen Road between Warner and Pecos roads. The city contracted with Kimley-Horn and Associates to conduct a design study that will provide recommendations to improve McQueen Road by widening it to three through lanes in each direction.

The goal of the public survey is to get feedback on safety, bike lanes, road conditions, accessibility, lighting, business access and other aspects along the project corridor. The results from the survey will be combined with traffic analysis, utility coordination, city standards for roadway design and cost estimates to help inform the future design of the McQueen Road Improvements Project, as identified in the 2019 Transportation Master Plan.

The survey is available at McQueen Road through Sept. 5.
