Facility Rental Request

Policies:

1. A classroom reservation may be made up to 90 calendar days in advance, but no less than two weeks in advance, and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. A multipurpose room reservation may be made up to 365 days in advance, but no less than 60 days in advance. A minimum payment of two hours is required for multipurpose rooms at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event date. If the balance is not paid in full 60 days prior to the event, the City of Chandler will not refund the payment.
3. No ongoing reservations will be accepted.
4. All reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. There is a two-hour minimum per room and payment is due at the time of reservation.
6. Payment is accepted with cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
7. Alcohol is permitted after the facility regular business hours.
8. When alcohol is served a beer permit needs to be purchased and two (2) City of Chandler Police Officers must be hired and present during the entire event when alcohol is served.
9. No fundraising or exchange of money can take place at the facility.
10. Refund policy is as follows:
    • 7 to 12 months prior to the event 25% will be withheld from the down payment.
    • 2 to 6 months prior to the event 50% will be withheld from the down payment.
    • Less than 2 months to the event 100% will be withheld with no refund.
