Challenge Yoga
8:15 - 9 a.m.

A fitness-based workout incorporating sun salutations, basic yoga poses with flowing and more advanced postures as well as more upbeat music. This class can be modified for the beginner as well as the established yogi. Be ready to have fun and get a great workout. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat.
Silver Sneakers® Circuit
8:30 - 9:15 a.m.
Instructor: Heather
This standing class alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits. A chair and handheld weights or tubing are recommended. Intermediate skill level.
Strictly Strength
9:15 - 10 a.m.
Instructor: Sarah B.
This total-body strength training class focuses on your over-all muscular strength and endurance, improves your bone density, core strength, joint mobility, and balance, as well as boosts your metabolism. Proper form and technique will be emphasized.
Active Adults on the Move
10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
Instructor: Heather
You are never too old to be healthy and strong. Come experience this challenging and fun blend of cardiovascular and muscular endurance class that focuses on increasing strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and flexibility. All exercises are performed standing, you are not required to get down to the floor.
High / Low Fitness
4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, High Low is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop cardio and toning moves in easy-to-follow fitness choreography to music you know and love.
XTREME Hip Hop Step
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Instructor: Shara
A cardio step aerobics class that is a revamp of traditional step aerobics and includes routines set to old and new school Hip Hop and R&B music that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn. All fitness levels are welcome!
Zumba
6:15 - 7 p.m.
Instructor: Laura
Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!
Gentle Yoga
6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
Instructor: Marti
Ideal for anyone new to yoga or just needing a gentle practice. It’s a calming yet exhilarating yoga sequence linking breath and movement designed to help build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. Everyone is welcome, and this class is appropriate for all levels. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat.
