This class can be modified for the beginner as well as the established yogi. This class will boost your metabolism, burn calories, raise your heart rate, and increase your endurance. Power Strength5 - 5:45 p.m.Instructor: Heather/ TerriThis full-body strength training workout combines traditional strength training with total body leading-edge exercises using adjustable barbells, dumbbells, and body weight to make your muscles strong. This intermediate workout is athletic and challenging! It is recommended to have some prior weight-lifting experience. Beyond Barre6 - 6:45 p.m.Instructor: MoniqueA hybrid workout Barre fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Zumba6:15 - 7 p.m.Instructor: ScheylaPerfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! Beyond Barre

A hybrid workout Barre fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
 

Zumba

6:15 - 7 p.m.
Instructor: Scheyla

Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!
