Gentle Yoga
8:15 - 9 a.m.

Ideal for anyone new to yoga or just needing a gentle practice. It’s calming, yet exhilarating, yoga sequence links breath and movement designed to help build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Everyone is welcome, and this class is appropriate for all levels. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat.
Silver Sneakers® Circuit
8:30 - 9:15 a.m.
Instructor: Claudia
This standing class alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits. A chair and handheld weights or tubing are recommended. Intermediate skill level.
Dance Fitness
9:15 - 10 a.m.

This fun, heart-pumping, dance and hip-hop-inspired workout includes fun choreography that will make you sweat, dance, and smile, ALL while providing a great workout! All dance and fitness levels are welcome.
Active Adults on the Move
10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
Instructor: Susan
You are never too old to be healthy and strong. Come experience this challenging and fun blend of cardiovascular and muscular endurance class that focuses on increasing strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and flexibility. All exercises are performed standing; you are not required to get down to the floor.
High/Low Fitness
4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, High Low is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop cardio and toning moves in easy-to-follow fitness choreography to music you know and love.
Vinyasa Flow
5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
Instructor: Loisann
In this Vinyasa-style flow class, there is a great sense of fluidity and opening, with a focus on awareness and alignment. All levels are welcome. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat.
Zumba
6:30 - 7:15 p.m.

Perfect for Everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it.
