Bring your own yoga mat.   Silver Sneakers® Circuit 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. Instructor:  Claudia This standing class alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.    Strictly Strength 9:15 - 10 a.m. Instructor:  Heather A muscle-pumping workout and strength-building fitness program designed to increase lean muscle and add overall definition to your entire body. We will use barbells and free weights to target all major muscle groups. This Tabata-style format increases your metabolism both during and after the workout, resulting in greater calorie expenditure and fat burn.   Active Adults on the Move 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.  Instructor:  Roberta  You are never too old to be healthy and strong. Come experience this challenging and fun blend of cardiovascular and muscular endurance class that focuses on increasing strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and flexibility. All exercises are performed standing, and you are not required to get down to the floor.   Tabata Strength 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Instructor:  Carlyn Apply the proven Tabata interval formula to multifunctional weight training exercises (20 seconds of hard work, 10 seconds rest = 8 rounds) for a total body workout. This class will boost your metabolism, burn calories, raise your heart rate, and increase your endurance.   MixxedFit 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. Instructor:  Carlyn Bust a move with MixxedFit® – a people-inspired dance fitness program that mixes explosive dancing and boot camp toning. MixxedFits of all ages and fitness levels can participate as choreography is easy repetitive steps set to a soundtrack of today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites.   All participants are now required to make advance reservations for Group Exercise Classes.
