To keep you informed about the status and resolution of your submission, we kindly ask that you provide your contact information. Without it, our staff will be unable to offer updates on the progress of the matter. If you choose to remain anonymous, please be assured that your identity will be kept confidential and will not be shared or referenced in relation to the concern.

Please assist our investigation by being as detailed as possible with time/location information. More precise information ensures a greater opportunity for a successful outcome and less chance for a situation going unresolved.

Environmental Management staff will contact the responsible party within five business days by phone, mail, or in person to inform them of the situation. Most people correct the issue reported, and the process ends there. However, if the problem continues, a second contact can be made after a reasonable amount of time has been given to correct the issue. Currently, these efforts are meant to directly engage and educate the account holder. They are not enforcement actions.
