Please assist our investigation by being as detailed as possible with time/location information. More precise information ensures a greater opportunity for a successful outcome and less chance for a situation going unresolved.

Environmental Management staff will contact the responsible party within five business days by phone, mail, or in-person to inform them of the situation. Most people correct the issue reported, and the process ends there. However, if the problem continues, a second contact can be made after a reasonable amount of time has been given to correct the issue. Currently, these efforts are meant to directly engage and educate the account holder. They are not enforcement actions.
