Using the option to receive E-bills rather than paper bills is proof of acceptance to all terms and conditions of the City of Chandler’s ordinance regarding charges and payments for water, sewer and solid waste. Upon enrollment to E-Billing you will receive one last paper bill on you next normal billing date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your e-mail address. You may cancel E-Billing at any time by using the Web page cancel option. Failure to receive notification or E-Bill information timely does not provide cause for late payments or penalty waivers, the customer’s obligation to pay before billing due date remains consistent with ordinance requirements.
You will receive a verification e-mail after enrollment. You will also receive an e-mail notification that your bill is ready for viewing the evening it bills on a monthly basis.
