Mesa, Ariz. — The Mahoney Group, Arizona’s largest independent insurance, risk management, and employee benefits brokerage, is excited to announce its upcoming move to a new, modern office space in Chandler, reflecting the company’s continued growth and commitment to its people-first culture.
A move-in-date for the new office, located at 2625 W. Geronimo Place, is scheduled for early March.
The new space spans 35,198 square feet — significantly larger than the company’s existing location in Mesa — and will initially serve as home for 90 employees with room to accommodate close to 160 employees on a single floor. Nationwide, The Mahoney Group employs 250 insurance professionals. This expansion not only reflects the company’s remarkable growth but also underscores its dedication to providing a collaborative, employee-focused work environment.
A Space Designed for Collaboration and Connection
Designed by the renowned Smith Group, the office blends functionality with aesthetics, drawing inspiration from Mid-Century Modern design with natural woods, organic materials, walnut veneer accents, teal feature walls, and caramel leather finishes.
Special features of the new location include:
- Training Room: A multimedia space equipped with two 98-inch TVs, ceiling-mounted cameras, and wireless microphones. With seating for 48, this room will be used for internal training and company events.
- Conference and Huddle Rooms: Two conference rooms and three huddle rooms, each designed to support team meetings and virtual calls.
- Breakroom and Dining Area: A comfortable break area featuring round tables and cozy dining booths for informal gatherings and lunch breaks.
- Adjustable Workstations: Every workstation is equipped with height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs designed to provide customizable support for the body, back, and arms.
- Rooftop Deck: A rooftop deck featuring two covered patios, fire pits, barbecue areas, and multi-purpose grass areas — all with unobstructed 360-degree views.
