D.R. Horton purchases office building on Chandler’s Price Corridor for new Division Headquarters

CHANDLER, Ariz. — D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States, has purchased a 41,000 square-foot office building on Price Corridor to expand their local operations. Located at 1890 S. Price Road, D.R. Horton is beginning tenant improvements this month and plans to complete their office buildout by April 2025.

D.R. Horton will share the same campus as Yield Engineering System, a full-building semiconductor supplier welcomed in 2022. On this Price Road campus, one office building at 1900 S. Price Road remains available for occupancy. The building has been fully renovated with new mechanical systems and spans 76,398 SF across three floors.

A grand opening celebration for D.R. Horton is planned for Summer 2025 with further details to be announced at a later time.
