CHANDLER, Ariz. – Mayor Kevin Hartke and the city’s Neighborhood Preservation Division invite Chandler residents living in a homeowners association to the annual Chandler Mayor HOA Roundtable. The free event will be held from 4–5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St.
The featured presenter will be Beth Mulcahy, Esq. of Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., who will discuss the 10 most common problems that get HOA boards into trouble, including violation of the open meeting law, proper voting procedures, fines and penalties and much more. Attendees won’t want to miss Mulcahy’s tips and tricks to effectively run and have a strong and effective board. After the presentation, there will be time for a Q&A session.
