Chandler hosts annual State of the City

CHANDLER, Ariz. – Mayor Kevin Hartke and the Chandler City Council invite the community to the annual State of the City event on Thursday, Feb. 13, at the Chandler Center for the Arts, 250 N. Arizona Ave.

The doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the Lobby Experience, a family-friendly pre-event reception that will feature community networking, a kids activity area and free food samples from SanTan Brewing Company, Ghett Yo Taco, Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine and Quiches & Pies.

The program starts at 6:30 p.m. with the Mayor’s address that will highlight thrilling twists in Chandler’s story and the people behind those successes. He’ll also preview things residents can watch for in the coming year.
