
CHANDLER, Ariz. – The City of Chandler invites residents to embrace tranquility and self-care at “Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience” on Friday, March 7, from 8:30 – 11 a.m. at SoHo63, 63 E. Boston St., Chandler. This free, interactive event celebrates International Women’s Day with guided mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress and promote mental clarity.
Led by award-winning mindfulness teacher and scholar Dr. Natalie Gruber, the event will feature breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and resources to support overall well-being. Open to all experience levels, attendees with have the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness in a supportive and engaging environment.
“We’re thrilled to offer the community this opportunity to find peace and restore balance in their lives,” said Adrianna Erickson, Chandler’s diversity, equity & inclusion coordinator. “Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can enhance mental well-being, and this event is designed to support that journey.”
While the event focuses on women’s mental well-being and self-care, all are welcome to attend. Space is limited, and registration is required. A light breakfast also will be served.
