The Chandler City Council condemns teen violence and has taken policy action to deter such incidents. We're committed to prevent, investigate and prosecute these crimes in Chandler. We're being proactive too by engaging residents and stakeholders in solutions and connecting parents and teens with support resources.
New laws in Chandler prohibit unruly gathering and the possession of brass knuckles by people under 18 years old. Residents can ensure the safety of teens and families by contacting police to report teen violence incidents. Posting evidence on social media is not a substitute for contacting police.
