An online live customer chat provides a convenient way to address court questions. If you need to visit the court, simply use the online reservation system to schedule an appointment with a court clerk.

An electronic lobby queuing system also enhances services for those without an appointment.

Completing this process demonstrates that Chandler Fire is among the most effective public safety organizations in the nation.

Paramedic Education

Paramedic Education

Chandler Fire became an accredited emergency medical services paramedic program, demonstrating the ability to meet the high standards of educational excellence necessary for training future paramedics. It’s the first fire-based program in the East Valley and second in the state to achieve this designation. An eight-month Paramedic Education Program was completed in 2024, successfully certifying 18 Chandler Firefighters.

The RTCC integrates advanced mapping, surveillance and traffic cameras, drones and other police technology to locate and gather information related to emergency calls.

It offers vital information for police officers as they arrive on the scene and helps them gather information and evidence to aid in investigating incidents.

Handheld Drug Analyzers

Handheld Drug Analyzers

Chandler Police expanded the use of TruNarc handheld narcotics analyzers, which can identify more than 530 narcotics, prescription medications, and dangerous drugs in a single test

The devices can scan directly through plastic or glass to minimize contamination, reduce exposure, and preserve evidence.

Opioid Treatment & Prevention

Opioid Treatment & Prevention

Chandler City Council approved agreements with two community-based organizations — Recovery Café Arizona and EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center — to provide opioid treatment and prevention services in Chandler.

The agreements are funded by the city’s share of a national settlement with opioid manufacturers.

School Resource Officer

Keeping Schools Safe

Agreements with the Chandler Unified, Kyrene and Mesa school districts provide school resource officers at all public high schools and middle schools in Chandler through June 2026.

Chandler Police expanded its school presence with a program, S.E.E., designed for Chandler Unified 6th-grade students, providing youth tools and knowledge to navigate today’s challenges.

Cancer prevention and diagnosis services for firefighters reduce risk and mitigate exposure to carcinogens. Cancer screenings add to the mitigation steps taken to limit firefighter exposure to carcinogens found in smoke and off-gassing chemicals and materials.

Police officer health screenings for early detection of heart disease provide officers with a complete understanding of their metabolic status and cardiovascular risk, including health and wellness recommendations. 

Access to on-site and telehealth mental health clinician services promotes the health of police department employees and improves access to professional mental health services.
