The 2024 Resident Bond Exploratory Committee, is comprised of one steering committee and four subcommittees. This committee chair and its members shall be formed to review and identify programs requiring financing and to make recommendations to the council regarding the use of bond financing in anticipation of a future bond election.
Meeting Minutes
Once the Steering Committee and Subcommittees begin to meet, minutes will be available. The Steering Committee will consist of a committee chair, four subcommittee chairs and two at-large members.
These minutes are fully searchable within each year by using the “Find Feature.”

- Facilities, Sustainability and Technology Subcommittee
- Parks and Recreation Subcommittee
- Public Safety Subcommittee
- Public Works Subcommittee
Each subcommittee will be comprised of a chair, who shall be a member of the 2024 Resident Bond Exploratory Steering Committee, and six (6) members.
