
Group inquiries refer to large groups, summer camps, and private organizations wishing to bring children without a guardian to a Chandler Aquatics facility. Advanced notice is required for these groups to visit. Groups must submit a request two weeks before their anticipated arrival date.
This form is a request, and your group is not booked until you receive final confirmation from Chandler Aquatics. Please allow three business days from the date of the request for a response to your inquiry. Changes to your request must also be made two weeks before your confirmed visit date.

Groups may request a reservation for the following aquatics centers and pools:
Groups without prior approval will not be permitted to enter the facility.
Groups are not permitted to arrive during the facility’s designated Free Swim Hours and $1 Family Swim.
Groups are charged the standard admission price.
- $1 per child (ages 2-17)
- $2.25 per adult
Groups may choose to pay onsite the day of arrival or to be billed monthly for usage from July 1 – August 1.
Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards and cash.
Chandler Aquatics requires the following adult-to-child ratios of all Groups.
- 1:6 for children aged 4-6
- 1:8 for children aged 7-17
The required ratios of chaperones to children must be met to be granted entrance into the facility.
All chaperones in the group must be in the water, assisting with supervision and enforcing the pool rules at all times.
- Authority of Pool Manager and Lifeguards: The Pool Manager and lifeguards have full authority over the pool. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules, ensure safety, and respond to emergencies. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Child Supervision: Children 7 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible person 13 years or older. Non-swimmers or children in PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices) must always be within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian.
- Health and Hygiene Requirements: Shower and use the restroom before entering the pool. These guidelines are in compliance with the Maricopa County Health Department.
- Approved Flotation Devices: Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices (PFDs) are allowed. Inflatable devices are prohibited.
- Swim Diapers: Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers. Guests with illnesses (fever, diarrhea, etc.) are asked to wait until they fully recover. Incontinent guests must wear tight-fitting rubber/plastic pants or swim diapers.
- Gate Safety: Self-closing, self-latching gates must remain closed at all times for safety. Do not prop open gates.
- No Running or Horseplay: Running, pushing, or any other form of horseplay in or around the pool is strictly prohibited. Please walk carefully to avoid accidents and ensure everyone’s safety.
- Code of Conduct: Guests must conduct themselves appropriately. Abusive language or behavior, threats, or physical/verbally violent actions will not be tolerated.
- Food and Beverage Policy: Please request a copy of our Outside Food and Beverage Policy to understand the types and sizes of food and beverages allowed at the pool. Per the Maricopa County Health Department, food and drink must be kept 10 feet or more from the pool’s edge. Chairs must also remain more than 10 feet from the pool’s edge.
- Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, eye infections, ear discharge, or other visible infections cannot enter the pool. Before entering, report any health conditions to the Pool Manager.
- Entry Safety: Only feet-first entries are allowed into the pool. Diving is only allowed from the designated diving boards.
- Privacy in Locker Rooms: Cell phones with cameras, video devices, or equipment with digital photography capability are prohibited in the locker rooms. The Pool Manager must approve any photography or video recording within the pool area.
- Smoke-Free Facility: This facility is smoke-free, including e-cigarettes (City Ordinance No. 4710).
- Alcohol and Glass Prohibited: No alcohol or glass containers are allowed in the facility.
- Fecal Incidents: In the event of a fecal incident, the pool will be cleared for at least 30 minutes for proper cleaning and treatment.
- Water Slide Requirements: Riders must be 42” tall to use the main water slides. Toddler slides are only for children under 42”. Riders on the drop slide must be 48” tall.
- Swimsuit Policy: All guests must wear appropriate swimwear.
- Admission Fees: All guests, whether swimming or not, must pay the daily admission fee to enter the facility.
- Private Instruction: Pools may not be used for private instruction during public swim and lap swim hours.
- No Animals: Animals are not permitted in the facility, except for service animals.
- Additional Rules: Additional rules are posted throughout the facility. Please read and follow all posted signs.
- Health and Safety Enforcement: The City of Chandler reserves the right to enforce other health and safety rules that may not be posted but are necessary to ensure guest safety.
On a restricted basis, the City of Chandler allows guests to bring their own food and beverages into our facilities. As our guest, you have three options for consuming food and beverage at our aquatic facilities. You may bring your own food and beverages with the restrictions listed at the bottom. You may utilize the on-site concessionaire if available. Or you may use the vending machines, which are at select sites only.
This policy covers public swim hours only; it does not apply to private rentals.
- One hard or soft-sided cooler per guest not to exceed 7” x 7” x 9” (six pack size) in dimensions is allowed.
- Briefcases, ice packs, and cooler inserts are not permitted. · Food items must either fit within the cooler or be brought in an 11” x 8” “brown bag” or sack lunch bag. Bags exceeding the 11” x 8” dimensions are prohibited, with no exceptions. Food in “brown bags” must be single serving and/or snack-type food.
- Beverages not to exceed 32 ounces include:
- Non-flavored/non-carbonated water in sealed plastic bottles is preferred. However, other liquids (iced tea, coffee, soda) will be allowed.
- Sealed, single-serving juice boxes or pouches.
- Formula/baby food.
- Items necessary for medical purposes.
- Pizzas or pizza in boxes, fried chicken in boxes, party subs, and other food items (such as cupcakes, cakes, etc.) that cannot be placed in a “brown bag” or give the appearance of party-type food are prohibited.
- No alcohol or glass containers are allowed.
