Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center is a shared-use facility adjacent to Basha High School. The facility boasts a lazy river with a bridge waterfall and a family play pool; an interactive water feature with a 6-foot, 725-gallon tumble bucket; two waterslides; water vortex; water spray pad; and an eight-lane competition pool. Mesquite Groves was awarded the Arizona Parks and Recreation "Outstanding Facility" award in 2009. In 2010, it was awarded the Arizona Republic Reader's Choice Runner-up Best Kids Water Park or Pool.
The City of Chandler Park & Recreation Division is honored to receive the Certified Autism Center designation! In partnership with the IBCCES, sensory guides provide insight into how a person with sensory-processing sensitivities may experience Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center.
