Topic: Back to the Basics - The ABCs of HOAs and Condos including Roles and Responsibilities of the Board
What is a community association and who runs the place?! Your community association is a business, a nonprofit corporation governed by the declaration of CC&Rs, articles of incorporation and by-laws. In this class, we will provide you with an overview of the characteristics, types, structures and documents of HOAs and Condos. We’ll also address the roles, rights, and responsibilities [and liabilities!] of the board of directors and its residents/members.
To get the link to join virtually, attendees must RSVP online.
