LASER COMPONENTS Detector Group Opens Advanced Manufacturing and R&D Facility in Uptown Chandler
LASER COMPONENTS Detector Group is equipped for future growth. After almost a year of construction, the company has moved into its new, significantly larger building in Chandler, Arizona, at 2277 N. Nevada St. Optoelectronic components for key technologies such as medical technology and autonomous driving will be manufactured in the new building, which measures approximately 29,000 square feet. LASER COMPONENTS Detector Group currently has 40 employees, and this new building will allow for future employment growth. Rinchem announces 50,000 square foot, $10M expansion of Chandler facility
New Mexico-based Rinchem announced a 50,000 square foot expansion to their existing building in West Chandler, located at 6805 W. Morelos Place. Rinchem is a chemical management company that provides high purity, pre-packaged chemicals and gases. The primary industries that Rinchem serves include pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor and aerospace. Continue reading…

VIAVI relocates headquarters and plans manufacturing capacity expansion in Arizona
Viavi Solutions Inc., announced that its Optical Security and Performance Products (OSP) segment plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona to support growing demand for its technologies. VIAVI also plans to transition its headquarters to the new facility, which is anticipated to house at least 100 employees by 2022. In preparation for this move, the company has already relocated its corporate headquarters to a temporary office in Scottsdale. State Forty-Eight expands Chandler headquarters and retail location, adds screen printing and embroidery services to support growing demand
As they approach eight years in business, Chandler-based apparel and lifestyle company State Forty Eight (SFE) is looking towards the future. Beginning in February, the Valley startup will take over the suite next door to their Chandler retail location on Arizona Avenue and Elliot Road (3245 N. Arizona Ave.), to make it their official Headquarters. The move is part of the company’s mission to expand operations and amplify their newly launched screen printing and embroidery services. Intel announces historic expansion of semiconductor manufacturing operations in Chandler
Intel announced it would invest $20 billion expanding its semiconductor manufacturing operations by building two new fabrication facilities at its Ocotillo Campus in Chandler.

Mechanical Keyboards announces first major expansion with new facility in Chandler
Tennessee-based Mechanical Keyboards, LLC, one of the largest providers of mechanical keyboards in the world, acquired a 74,000-square-foot flex industrial building in West Chandler’s thriving employment corridor. Approximately 40 employees will work at the facility located at 7300 W. Boston St., and will hold roles ranging from logistics, administration, customer service and software development. CVS Health announces job opportunities in new Chandler office
CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) announced a recent $6 million investment in new tenant improvements, and an additional 50,000 square feet of space at its flagship Aetna One Advocate office in Chandler. The site, located at 1255 S. Spectrum Boulevard, in the Allred Park Place development, now has capacity to serve more than 600,000 Aetna members.
