Are you an entrepreneur interested in connecting with likeminded individuals and important resources to grow your ideas? The ASU Chandler Innovation Center (ACIC) is an innovative partnership between the City of Chandler and Arizona State University working to support and further activate the East Valley’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. Centrally located downtown, ACIC includes classrooms, conference space and a co-working space designed to foster a creative environment for innovative, entrepreneurial, community-based programs and projects.

Nearly six months after the much-anticipated opening of the Chandler Endeavor Venture Innovation Incubator three companies have already made the site home. They are:

  • ProCarePortal: ProCARE’s Provider Compensation Management (PCM) platform, adapted from Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) technologies across various verticals from MedTech to Pharma, elevates provider trust and performance to deliver better patient XP, reduces physician turnover, captures more revenue, and reduce costs.
  • EnKoat: EnKoat is an advanced materials company that is developing energy-efficient building coatings to combat climate change. Active Insulation™ is EnKoat's proprietary blend of thermal regulating additives specifically designed to achieve maximum thermal regulating performance. These blends are tailored for various climate conditions.
  • Vulcreate: 3D Modeling and Prototyping Services. Entrepreneurs have a burden to actually enter the market in any substantial way. Most of them are not designers, developers or involved in STEM. They are business people foremost and have limited experience with the initial creative process of entrepreneurship. The goal of Vulcreate is to ease the burden for an entrepreneur to enter the market. Starting Entrepreneurs have flocked to apps or websites due to a lessening of burden to enter those fields; such as no-code apps or websites. Starting Entrepreneurs have no low-cost entry point to real product development for a physical product. There are outlier cases where a business person is well versed in a skill that allows them to physically prototype. A large part of those that started in the physical product category were not set on becoming an entrepreneur but rather saw a niche in their field of work that they acted upon.
