- H.E.R.O.S: Will be relocating the entire company from California into a 19,000-square-foot industrial space in West Chandler with plans to bring 25 net new jobs to the region and be fully operational by winter of 2019.

- Fresenius Medical Care: Has leased 40,000-square-feet of space within our largest employment corridor, known as the Price Corridor, for a medical billing and medical referral services facility that will house up to 200 jobs.
Business & Financial Services
- Voya Financial: Has leased 150,000 square feet of office space within the Price Corridor as the company establishes a financial operation center that is anticipated to create more than net new 1,000 jobs.
- Allstate: Opened a 217,000-square-foot insurance operations center in two buildings on the Price Corridor with plans to hire a total of 2,500 employees over the course of five years.
- Cascade Financial: Relocated their headquarters to 52,000-square-feet of office space at the HUB, a 298,000-square-foot, a two-story creative office building located in the Airpark Area. This relocation was to accommodate Cascade Financials’ future growth up to an anticipated 325 jobs.
- Offerpad: Relocated their headquarters to a nearly 40,000-square-foot office building located in the Airpark Area. Home to 150+ full-time employees, their new digs in Chandler was recently recognized as being one of the coolest offices in the Greater Phoenix region.
- Zovio: Relocating their headquarters from California to a 130,000-square-foot office building located in the Airpark Area. Zovio, which partners with higher education institutions and employers to deliver innovative, personalized solutions to redefine education technology; has plans to employ 800 employees in Chandler.
- Isola Group: Completed a 118,000-square-foot lease to remain in Chandler, Arizona as the company relocates its headquarters, R&D and manufacturing operations to the Lotus Project, which is in the heart of the City’s second-largest employment corridor known as West Chandler.
- Crayola Experience: Opened its fifth location nationwide at the Chandler Fashion Center this summer. Located on the west side of the mall, the 20,000-square-foot family entertainment attraction also includes 4,000 square-foot retail space, The Crayola Store, which features the world's largest selection of Crayola products and unique souvenirs, such as plush toys and apparel.
