Commercial Trash & Recycling

The City of Chandler does not provide trash and recycling collection or hauling services to commercial properties which include:

• Residential properties of four units and larger (apartment complexes, townhomes, mobile home parks, etc.) *
• Assisted living communities
• Businesses
• Schools
• Houses of worship
• Non-profit organizations

*Some exceptions apply

Owners and/or property managers of these properties must use a city-permitted waste hauler and follow container and collection requirements set by the city and county.
