
CHANDLER, Ariz. — The City of Chandler’s Golden Neighbors program is back for the 2025-2026 year, kicking off this September with a special presentation from community partner Oak Street Health. The health care provider will share resources and services designed to help Chandler’s senior residents stay active, supporting and living their “most golden life.”
The free event will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St., in downtown Chandler.
Oak Street Health is dedicated to delivering accessible, personalized primary care for older adults. They also help patients understand and navigate their Medicare and Medicare Advantage benefits. Their team specializes in preventive care, chronic condition management and connecting patients with local resources and wellness events, helping seniors enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Chandler residents planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP online at Golden Neighbors. Attendees also may RSVP by calling Neighborhood Programs staff or 480-782-4362.
