In this class, we will provide you with an overview of the characteristics, types, structures and documents of HOAs and Condos. We’ll also address the roles, rights, and responsibilities [and liabilities!] of the board of directors and its residents/members.

In this class, we’ll discuss the unique relationship between a management company and the association, and we will provide tips for effectively working with vendors from A to Z.
