Analysis of Impediments

The City of Chandler receives federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is required to complete a fair housing study referred to as the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) every five years to ensure that HUD-funded programs are being administered in a manner that furthers fair housing for protected classes. As a member of the Maricopa County HOME Consortium, Chandler is included as a component of the Maricopa County AI.
