Green City Buildings
Resolution No. 4199 adopted by Mayor and Council on June 26, 2008, declares that all new City buildings larger than 5,000 square feet will be designed and constructed to meet LEED-Silver standards or better.
Although design of the Fire Administration Building, City Hall and Boys and Girls Club began prior to the adoption of the Resolution, these projects are on track to earn LEED Silver or higher. See below for more information on each project.
