Join Mayor Tibshraeny at his Sept. 19 Listening Tour

Residents are encouraged to join Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny during his Listening Tour from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Galveston Elementary School, 661 E. Galveston St., Building B, off north Hamilton Street. The Mayor’s remarks will begin at 7 p.m.

During the event, residents will have the opportunity to meet the Mayor, City Councilmembers, Neighborhood Advisory Committee members, City staff from all departments, including Chandler Police and Fire, Health and Medical. Tables will be set-up to feature a variety of topics including: 
  • What you love about Chandler
  • Building community and how to get involved
  • Trash, recycling and alleys
  • Neighborhood code and pet issues
  • Public safety and crime
  • Street and sidewalk repairs, and much more.
Residents are encouraged to visit each table to discuss any concerns they have and staff will be available to share answers. Also, the City’s new graffiti removal vehicle, Eli (the mascot) and the tool trailer will be on display. The tool trailer is available for residents to use during a neighborhood cleanup event; information on how to check it out will be provided by Neighborhood Resources staff.
