Registration Deadline for the 2012 Primary is July 30 at Midnight
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Maricopa County Recorder, Helen Purcell, wants to remind Maricopa County citizens that the last day to register for the August 28, 2012 primary election is Monday, July 30. “Registration forms, if mailed, must be post marked no later than midnight, the 30th of July,” states Purcell. “Registration forms may also be filled out and/or dropped off at some valley wide locations listed below. Anything received after midnight will not be accepted for this primary election. This deadline also applies to any voter who wishes to change his or her party.”
Citizens may go to the County Recorder’s website www.recorder.maricopa.gov or servicearizona.com, for questions on registration requirements and how to register online. See the following list for locations and times to drop off and get registration forms. Registration forms will be available at the following locations in addition to being drop off points for last day registration.

PHOENIX, Ariz. – La Registradora del Condado Maricopa, Helen Purcell, desea recordar a los ciudadanos del Condado Maricopa que el último día para registrarse para la elección primaria del 28 de Agosto, 2012 es el Lunes, 30 de Julio. “Las formas de inscripción, si son enviadas por correo, deben de tener sello con fecha de no mas tarde de la medianoche, del 30 de Julio,” declara Purcell. “Las formas de inscripción también pueden ser llenadas y/o entregadas en varios lugares a lo ancho del valle enumerados abajo. Todas las que sean recibidas después de la media noche no serán aceptadas para ésta elección primaria. Ésta fecha límite también aplica a cualquier votante que desee cambiar su partido.”
