Fall Rhythm Fest at Tumbleweed Park on Saturday, October 17

Valley residents are invited to come to Chandler on Saturday, October 17, 2009, to enjoy an evening of great music at the City’s annual Fall Rhythm Fest presented by SRP. This family-friendly event is held at Tumbleweed Park, 2250 S. McQueen Road. The music begins at 5:45 p.m., and the evening concludes with a fireworks grand finale at 9 p.m.

Two outstanding Valley bands will entertain the crowd and vendors will offer a variety of tasty food and beverages. In addition, there will be interactive amusements for children. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and spend a family-friendly (no alcohol) evening listening to the music and watching the grand finale fireworks!

Admission and parking for the Rhythm Fest is free; however, there are charges for the food and beverages and the kids activities. Plenty of free parking is available at the park.

Attendees can also enter to win an electric guitar donated by Brindley’s Music by purchasing a raffle ticket for $1. The winner does not need to be present.

The performance schedule is as follows:
  * 5:45 p.m.  Nineball
  * 7:30 p.m.  Chuck E. Baby and the All Stars
  * 9:00 p.m.  Fireworks Finale

The Fall Rhythm Fest is presented by SRP, the City of Chandler, and with the support of the Chandler Lions Club, Brindley's Music, Amazing Jake's Chipotle, Golden Spoon, Honey Bear's BBQ.
