The five member board administers the Trust Agreement and Trust Fund.
The Board administers the Trust Fund pursuant to Ordinance No. 4415 and the Trust Agreement. Provides financial oversight of the Trust Fund by evaluating claim expenses and reserve amounts. The Board may make recommendations to the City Manager as necessary.
Meetings held on an as needed basis, but no less than four times per plan year.

Members: 3-year terms; Trustees may be reappointed to no more than one additional consecutive term.
The term of each member shall be for three (3) years, and each member shall serve until his/her successor is appointed and qualified. Any vacancy in office during the term shall be filled by the Mayor with approval of the Council for the unexpired term.
No trustee may be a Chandler City Councilmember, and no more than one trustee may be an employee of the City of Chandler. No former member of the Council or former employee shall be a trustee. With the exception of the employee trustee, if any, a trustee shall have expertise in the field of finance, employee benefits, or health care.
