Find your balance on the water. Enhance your workout on a paddle board. SUP yoga, also known as paddle board yoga, is a popular yoga-fitness fusion that involves practicing classic yoga poses while floating on a paddle board in the water. Yes...the water is heated!!
(No prior yoga or paddle boarding experience is necessary, but participants must be able to swim).
