outstanding aquatic facilities.

   There are two methods for an individual or group
   may conduct a birthday or party at one of our
   aquatic centers.   

  The Aquatics Division strictly enforces this
  policy and guest observed holding a party
  that has not been booked through Angelo's
  Italian Ice will be asked to remove their food
  and presents and will be prevented from
  continuing their party.
  

  Option 2
  Private Pool Rental
   * 25 People or More
   * Saturdays and Sundays Only
   * After Public Swim Hours
      
  Please refer to the rental rates and party
  package options below.
 

  Each facility is available for private rentals from
  May 1 through August 29, 2010. Facilities are
  available for rental on Saturdays or Sundays
  only after our public swim hours. A three-week
  advanced notice is required. In order to book
  a reservation a 25-percent non-refundable
  deposit, paid by credit card is required. Rental
  fees are determined by the facility, the number
  of people and the number of hours the facility
  is to be reserved. There is a two (2) hour
  minimum rental.
  

  To book one of these birthday party packages
  at a Chandler aquatic facility during our public
  swim hours, please contact Angelo’s Italian Ices
  at 480.220.7352. Angelo’s is the City of Chandler’s
  concessionaire for services at Arrowhead, Desert
  Oasis, Hamilton, Mesquite Groves and West
  Chandler aquatic facilities. All birthday parties
  that are conducted during public swim hours and
  must be booked through Angelo’s. Guests must
  present their party confirmation paperwork from
  Angelo's at the facility admission window.
   

Party Requirements:
  * Minimum 10 to maximum of 25 people, 
     including adults & children, except Mesquite
     Groves where the max number allowed is 15
     people (includes adults and children).
  * Parties have a two (2) hour limit.
  * Two week advanced notice is required to 
     secure a date.
  * 50-percent non-refundable deposit required
     to book a party.
  * Final payment is due one week prior to
     rental date. The party organizer must sign
     a contract and present the reservation
     confirmation to pool admission window.
  * Rental fees do not include admission
     into pool.

  Package A: 
       Party Space & Food & Beverages -
       Includes pizza, 20-oz. drink, plates,
       napkins, utensils
       - $8.50 per person
       (Discount for parties held Mon.-Thur.
        for Package A - $7 per person) 
 
   Package B:
       Package A (above) plus decorations
       - $10.50 per person 
        (Discount for parties held Mon.-Thurs.
        for Package B - $9 per person) 

  Packages are for groups of 25 or less. 
  Cakes are not included, however, rental
  groups may bring their own cakes.

  On a restricted basis the City of Chandler allows
  customers to bring their own food and beverages
  into our facilities. As our guest, you have three
  options for consuming food and beverage at our
  aquatic facilities.  You may bring your own food
  and beverages with the restrictions listed at right.
  You may utilize the on-site concessionaire. Or
  you may use the vending machines, which are 
  at select sites only.
  
  NOTE: This policy covers public swim hours only,
  it does not apply to private rentals.

  The Chandler Aquatic Facility Outside Food
  and Beverage policy is:
  *  One hard or soft-sided cooler per guest not to
      exceed 7” x 7” x 9” (six pack size) in dimensions
      is allowed.
  *  Briefcases, ice pack and cooler inserts are not
      permitted.
  *  Food items must either fit within the cooler or
      brought in an 11” x 8” “brown bag” or sack
      lunch bag. Bags exceeding the 11” x 8”
      dimensions are prohibited, no exceptions. 
      Food in “brown bags” must be single serving
      and/or snack type food.
 

 
 
  *  Beverages not to exceed 32 ounces, include:
       o  Non-flavored/non-carbonated water
           in sealed, plastic bottles is preferred.  
           However, other liquids (ice tea, coffee,
           soda) will be allowed. 
       o  Sealed, single-serving juice boxes or
           pouches.
       o  Formula/baby food.
       o  Items necessary for medical purposes.
  *  Pizzas or pizza in boxes, fried chicken in
      boxes, party subs and other food items
      (such as cupcakes, cakes, etc.) that cannot
      be placed in a “brown bag” or give the
      appearance of party-type food are
      prohibited.
  *  No alcohol or glass containers allowed.  
      

  If you are planning a company picnic, birthday
  celebration, end of school party, or church activity
  our aquatic centers are great places to have fun!
  You can rent our Arrowhead, Desert Oasis, Folley,
  Hamilton, Mesquite Groves or West Chandler facilities.

  On Monday, January 11, 2010, the Aquatics Office
  will begin accepting reservations for private pool
  rentals for the 2010 summer swim season.
  Each facility below is available for private rentals 
  May 1 through August 29, 2010. Facilities can be
  rented after normal operational hours on
  Saturdays and Sundays only.

  At the time you wish to book your rental
  reservation, a 25-percent non-refundable
  deposit, paid by credit card is required AND 
  three-week advance notice is required.
  
  Rental fees are determined based on the 
  facility, the number of people and the
  number of hours the facility is to be reserved
  for. There fees below are based on the
  minimum two-hour rental.
