Planning & Zoning Commission
The seven members of the commission recommend the establishment of zones and districts limiting the use, height, area and bulk of buildings and structures and hear and make recommendations to the City Council on any and all matters which may come before it relating to the zoning or rezoning of property. The packet will be available after 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting.

The Planning & Zoning Commission also acts as the Design Review Committee.
The Commission also reviews and makes suggestions to the City Council and all other public authorities, plans for regulating the future growth, development and beautification of Chandler.
Meetings usually held the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month.
