The City of Chandler invites you to become a part of the festivities by being a sponsor or vendor for the 2017 Chandler Jazz Festival. This two-day festival is expected to attract more than 10,000 people to Downtown Chandler.
The Chandler Jazz Festival is continually seeking interested individuals, organizations and companies who want to sponsor our great festival with either in-kind services or monetary donations. The benefits of being a sponsor range from on-stage logo recognition and announcements during the festival to name and/or logo recognition on flyers, posters, postcards, websites, press releases, festival program, and much more. Interested in participating as a vendor for the 2017 Chandler Jazz Festival...Potential vendors will need to read the information below and complete the application process. Not everyone who applies will be accepted. Space is limited and the deadline to apply may close early once all space is filled.
The City of Chandler prides itself in having vendors at our events that represent the concept of the event and the vast diversity of what the city has to offer. The management of the vendors is overseen by our partner for the 2017 Chandler Jazz Festival, the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership (DCCP). All applications submitted are submitted, reviewed, and accepted by the staff at the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership. Quick Facts about applying to be a vendor
a. Vendors must be able to participate both nights of the event
b. Booth Fees
- Commercial Business Sponsorship (10x10): $500
- Artists Booths (must be juried) (10x10): $150
- Merchandise Sales & Food Vendors (10x10): $150
- Food Trucks (10x20): $250
- Nonprofits 501(c)3 (10x10): $50
c. Electricity included in fee - 110 volts/15 amps max.
d. Certificate of Insurance is required or a Hold Harmless/Indemnification Agreement is needed
e.No sharing of booth space or subleasing
f. It is a rain or shine event - Fees are NONREFUNDABLE
g. All forms needed are listed at the DCCP Website - downtownchandler.org/forms/
h. Vendors will be notified of acceptance once the application date closes.
