Available Space for Lease
Innovations space is flexible as the small business person needs it to be with fully-equipped laboratories, shared labs, office space and equipment access.
Individual Laboratories: Fully equipped independent laboratory, ranging from 900 SF to 1,500 SF.
Shared Laboratory: Lab benches leased on month-to-month basis in shared space. The Shared Lab includes access to all Innovations facilities and amenities.
Affiliate Program: Access to Common Lab equipment on an as-needed basis.
All individual and shared lab space includes vacuum, air, -20 freezer, refrigerator, lab benches and chairs, Laminar Flow Hood and DI water, local phone service and wi-fi access. Labs also include access to a full service kitchen, board room, meeting space, loading dock, mail and copy room.
The Common Lab includes -80 freezers, Fume Hoods, Laminar Flow Hood, Laboratory benches, Incubator and Autoclave.
Innovations applications are reviewed and approved by the Innovations Advisory Committee.
