Innovations is located in a former Intel building and comes equipped with enhanced mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, including emergency back-up power.
Well-Equipped Wet & Dry Labs:
Individual spaces are secured by card access and contain lab furniture and cabinets, vacuum & air, DI water, refrigerator and -20 freezer, phones and local phone service, free wi-fi, telecom cabling, laminar flow hoods, and office space. Shared facilities include fume hoods, incubator, glass washer, -80 Freezer, mechanical equipment, eye-wash and emergency shower station, specialty gases and loading dock.
Amenities also include reception area, conference rooms, meeting space, full service kitchen and spacious common areas.
