College and University
Interns at the Chandler Museum are a valued part of the Museum staff. Because the Museum is a relatively young institution, interns enjoy a special opportunity to contribute to the Museum in a dynamic growth phase. The Museum strives to give interns meaningful, hands-on activities that lead to tangible results, both for interns and the Museum.
Internships are offered in the collections and education departments. General Museum internships are also available. Internships are 15 weeks, 10 hours/week.
Intern applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to apply. To apply, email, fax, or send:
Cover letter including your interest in the Chandler Museum
Recommendation from a full-time faculty member at your institution (if you plan to earn credit with your internship)
If you are going to seek credit through your school, please include your credit hour requirements in your application materials.
